Our Story
For centuries, the world's most influential knowledge institutions have sat outside Africa.
People travelled elsewhere to study, to research, to exchange ideas, and to sit at the table with global thought leaders, even though Africa has always been rich in philosophy, innovation, culture, medicine, governance, and indigenous knowledge.
The Global Knowledge Centre exists to help reverse that trend. More than a conference venue or training institute, it is being built as one of Africa's foremost interdisciplinary knowledge institutions. It is a permanent destination where individuals, institutions, and ideas converge to learn, create, restore, and solve some of society's most pressing challenges.
